PINPOINT® CO2 Regulator User's Guide

Congratulations on your purchase of the PINPOINT CO2 Regulator/Solenoid Kit. This is a perfect way to deliver CO2 gas to your freshwater planted or marine calcium reactor setup.

Here are some simple setup tips:

  • CO2 bottle threaded nut should be attached to your CO2 bottle. This nut not will not fit if you are using a paintball type CO2 bottle, You will require a CGA-320 adapter. Call your supplier or American Marine to acquire one.
  • Fill the glass bubble counter with water or bubble counter liquid
and hand screw to the solenoid housing.
  • Attach the tubing to the CO2 outlet
  • Attach the power supply to the jack on the back of the solenoid housing. Worldwide power adapters are available.
  • Open the CO2 bottle. The flow of CO2 is automated and will be sent at a preset amount that can be fine tuned with the micro valve. The solenoid will allow CO2 to pass only when the Green LED light is on (when the solenoid is in the open position).
  • You can adjust the desired flow of CO2 gas by turning the micro valve adjustment with the small supplied screwdriver
